My school is located in a suburban community in South Florida. I have anywhere from 18-20 students that are all eager to learn. It is my desire to help them become more intrinsically motivated to improve in school. I feel that grades have become the motivator for students and I would like to see that change. I would like to see my students become more aware of their own strengths and weakness, make a specific plan, and see it through. I want to help them develop long term goals and organizational habits that will see them through not only school, but life.
