As a math, science, and social studies teacher, whiteboard tables would be extremely beneficial for my students. Tables allow my students to work cooperatively with each other which is a very important 21st century skill. Having tables instead of desks allow students more room to work. Whiteboard top tables will allow my students to stay engaged in being able to simply write on the tables. Through the use of whiteboard top tables, students will be more motivated to be engaged in lessons. Working out their math problems, drawing diagrams, writing answers to questions, and writing questions for the teacher are just a few ways that students would be able to utilize and benefit from these tables. It would be a great way for me to assess their understanding of content in an easier way. Students will be able to gain more confidence in knowing that they can just simply erase their mistake and keep going. My students know that learning happens when we make mistakes. and I feel that these tables will help them tremendously!
