My students attend a low income school in Osage County, Oklahoma. Most of my students come to 4th grade without a true love for reading. Many of my students receive reading & math interventions. I believe reading stories about other children near their age who have overcome their own struggles will inspire them to pursue their dreams in our great state as well.
