In Room 34 we like to think of ourselves as the Room for Successful Practitioners otherwise known as the R.S.P. Room. We are a safe space on campus where students know they can be honest about confusion and teachers cherish mistakes as learning opportunities. Whether students come to our class or we push in to their classroom environment we prioritize teaching through all modalities. We learn to read using tactile discs; make vocabulary come to life in pictures and color; and learn math facts and calculations through song, chants and movement. We will try and try again, using whatever strategy it takes to practice and progress.
