The school that I work with is in a lower middle class neighborhood. Many of these students have challenges that I have not seen before. Some of my students come in very angry, some are sad. Some of my students are dealing with problems that I have only seen adults deal with. With this, Robotics Club is has become a safe place for them. A place that I can see these students smile once again. For the time that I have them they can be a kid again. I need the tools in order to help them build. To help them create and feel like they can do anything they set their minds to.
