KGA is an elementary school with children from a variety of cultural backgrounds as well as social economical needs. Our gifted and talented program is currently working without a budget. My students come into my classroom eager to learn and try new out-of-the-box activities. Students come from a variety of cultures and experiences and need to be challenged at many different grade levels. My students are highly gifted and include autistic students as well as twice exceptional students. They are highly motivated and love to explore and learn new things. In our classroom, we work together in small groups, individually and as a whole group. Students crave to discover new and exciting things in Reading, Writing, Science, History and Math.
