My students are wonderfully resourceful, energetic, eager, and enthusiastic. But, many of them come from families that live under the poverty level. These children may not know where they will spend the night, much less if their book bag is organized. Over and over again, we as teachers list poor organizational skills as a roadblock to student success. My goal is to help my students learn real skills to improve their grades now and to prepare them for all the things that are coming their way.
