Welcome to Kindergarten Room 10! Our class is a safe place where imagination, bravery and independence collide! Here in Room 10 we care about each other, our school and doing our best every single day. As a teacher working in a highly poverty impacted community, I take to heart the impact that I have on my students every day. Being at teacher at Northgate, isn't just about teaching academics to my students. It is about looking at the whole child and understanding how best I can meet their needs. Sometimes these needs are making sure they have breakfast in the morning, and others are teaching students how to express their feelings. My hope is that students leave school everyday feeling valued and excited about learning! If I can accomplish those two things, I have done my job!
