My students come from many countries around the wold and speak many languages. We all have the same goal: to be successful in the "real world." They love to learn and get very excited when they are successful at something. Success gives them the courage to explore new ideas, even if they are uncomfortable at first. Their love of learning is a wondrous thing. Their wide open eyes and their ability to explore keeps our classroom buzzing every day. From this buzzing emerge products that amaze me every single day: writing pieces, art pieces, smart remarks on the current state of our world and the list goes on. While they are acquiring knowledge from various sources, they are also learning how to get along and respect each other and how to help each other, creating a community in every sense of the word.
