My students are really well adapted to social media technology. Using technology that has meaning and that can be a learning tool, not so much. My students struggle with 21st Century skills. Many of my students have access to technology only at the local library. Printing student work will further encourage students to take ownership of their knowledge. I am requesting an inexpensive color laser printer. We can only print occasionally to a black and white printer, and with my students designing program covers, creating drawings utilizing google drawings it becomes impossible for their work to be shown in the best light.
