An Epson color printer in our classroom would benefit my current students as well as future students. All students deserve fun, colorful manipulatives and materials to keep them engaged. I can create and print these materials for our Math Discovery Stations and daily center time. Our math curriculum has lots of partner math games that would be easier to use if printed in color. One example would be when we are making patterns or sorting by attributes such as color. The printer and additional toner will also enhance our art projects as well as givig my students the opportunity to add color illustrations for their writing. I chose this printer because it is very economical. It uses very little ink and comes with 2 years worth of ink in the tank. I will be able to create materials that can be laminated and used for years to come.
