My 3rd grade class is a fun-filled place, where the students feel empowered to try new things and know that it is ok to make mistakes. My students are hard workers who take pride in their work and accomplishments. They enjoy challenging themselves and offering help to their peers when they struggle. Our classroom library is in need of help. The students love to read and are hungry for new books that are more relevant to them and the time we live in. I am hopeful I will be able to surprise them with some great new reads.
