The student body makeup is 53 percent male and 47 percent female. The total minority enrollment is 99 percent. Even though most of my students are economically disadvantaged, they still come to school with a smile on their face ready and eager to learn. With so many outside forces pulling most of the males away from school, it is my job to keep them motivated enough to stay in school.
