DS, DSi, XBOX, Playstation, and Wii are devices my students use on a daily basis at home. Unfortunately, none of these devices help them with their reading and math skills. This is a challenge in the classroom because many of my students are struggling in basic skills. 18 students make up my 3rd grade classroom. I have found that many of my students thrive in school and show added interest in success when introduced to new and exciting technology.
