In the first few weeks of school, I have been delighted to learn that the students at my school are hard working and dedicated to learning music. The students are excited about the brand new band program; they can't wait to start! I expect to have at least 20% of the fifth grade population to join band in our first year. Our school is in a rural part of Colorado. The students are high performing as the teachers and principals expect great things from them.
