My class is filled with happy little ones! They love learning and we find time to laugh together every day. With eight girls and fourteen boys, you can imagine the energy that flows through our room from Monday through Friday. Although we do not have any floor covering yet, my kiddos love to play on the floor marked with flowers I created and taped down for them, giving each little one an individual spot to sit. They explore building and creating new figures and structures with the pieces of toys we inherited from the former classroom teacher. It's amazing to watch both language and ability barriers broken down when they have inviting, exciting manipulatives to share. I can just imagine their brilliant faces lighting up when I am able to present organized block sets and warm carpet squares for them to use as part of their learning! Mahalo in advance for your kindness and generosity in funding our classroom needs.
