I am fortunate enough to work with a diverse, creative, fun group of kindergarten students! Each student comes with their own unique background and experiences. The range in ability, skills and resources is wide, so working to differentiate and and meet all students' needs can be a challenge, but it is a challenge that I enjoy! I work hard to provide an inclusive environment, no matter what their needs are. Kindergarten students learn best when they are active, motivated and engaged! As young learners they need activities that are fun, challenging and work on the skills that they need to become successful students. Children are naturally curious. My students are at their learning best when they are engaged in an activity that allows them to manipulate and explore the world around them.
