This project will help me create a more comfortable classroom environment for students to feel safe and learn. My students struggle to work well in traditional desks and chairs, so I'm trying to create a more home like environment. By having seating options like ball chairs, tables, and other options, students will be able to feel comfortable and better able to learn. Currently my students choose sit on the floor in the room or hallway, rather than their desks. I encourage this, but it's not the best situation. My hope is to get the supplies I need to create a classroom that allows them to learn in the best way that works for them. Students are all individuals and I want to reach all of their needs.
