My students are fourth graders in a high poverty area. Many come to school with little to no food in their lunch boxes. Fortunately, my students are a wonderful, caring, and loving group who take care of each other. They inspire me to want to be a better teacher and give them every opportunity I can to succeed. My students have a passion for learning and exploring and I enjoy creating hands-on experiences for them. My classroom is a community.
