My students are very diverse -- we cover most ethnic groups, speak languages, and while mostly socio-economically disadvantaged, we do have some range in affluence. About 10 of my students are English Learners, and more than half are living in poverty. It's so important to show these kids that, even if they don't have access to technology at home, they can still learn how to use it effectively! My students are eager learners, anxious to get their hands on new technology and find ways to incorporate it into their lives!
