My energetic third graders are diverse in their learning needs, so I need help in creating a learning environment that will help them reach their full learning potential. The wobble seats will provide them a place to release their energy while participating in our guided reading discussions. The comfy floor seats will give them a place to sit and read on their own terms. They may move the chairs wherever they feel they can learn best. With these flexible seating options, I feel like I am allowing my students to set their own terms on how they are going to learn and be successful. Students will use these seating options throughout the day in our classroom. During our guided reading block, the floor seats will provide the perfect seating option for when my students are completing independent reading. They can find a nice spot in our room that will allow them to get lost in their favorite book! Wobble seats are the perfect addition for my guided reading discussion table, so that the students can feel free to move, talk, and learn while engaging with me and their classmates. Please help us incorporate these amazing flexible seating options into our third grade classroom.
