First and foremost, Culinary Arts Pathway students will be using the equipment to learn to prepare nutritious meals. I have chosen to purchase pot and pan sets from Nasco for this project. Funding this project will allow my students to cook with equipment that is safe. The new cookware will also allow for more even cooking of food. The four sets of cookware will be placed in the four kitchens in which my students work. They are color coded to allow for easier organization. This cookware will positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help the program grow even more!
