My kindergarteners are full of energy and personality! Many of my students are entering school for the very first time when they come to me. We have a high percentage of students in low income housing, shelters and foster care. Our school building consists of 13 kindergarten classrooms, we are an early childhood school. With growing numbers of students entering the school system each year we use every room in the building for classrooms leaving us without a designated art or music room, library or gym. We work well with what we have, and have a wonderful sense of school community.
