Our classroom is very small and what I can do with our library is very limited. I am trying to create an attractive library that will get my students excited about reading non-fiction also. The rotary magazine rack will improve organization and display of our National Geographics and Time for Kids magazine collection. My low-income students are not often exposed to non-fictional books and magazines outside school. I believe that this rack will lure my students to the beauty of learning facts about people and the world around us. This will help them build their vocabulary, comprehension skills and become sensible citizens in a global community.
