I would like to add more books where more diversity and themes are represented; where my students can identify with the characters in the stories. My students vary in reading levels and I want to ensure that there are high-interest books available for them to read at every level. Students shouldn't have to meet the book's level. We should have choice books that meet them on their levels. My goal with this project is to increase the choices for my students, thus increasing their desire and interest in reading across the genres. All students should have access to engaging books and by supporting this project, you can help me provide them to my students this year and for years to come.
