I teach a group of 27 amazing second graders who are incredibly eager to learn. We love to read and learn new things especially when it comes to real facts. We use technology to practice skills, to learn new things, and publish our writing in more interesting ways. Although my students are only 7 and 8 years old, they are very passionate. This year, we are going to be learning about our government, animals and their habitats, changes on Earth, states of matter, investigating the past and many other exciting topics. One fun fact about my students is that you will always find them reading. They read before school, they read during recess, they read during lunch recess, they read all the time. I am very excited and proud to be working with such incredible kids.
