The use of iPads will give my students another way to increase their reading abilities and with the use of The Barton Reading and Spelling. The iPads will allow me to teach and reach multiple modalities and cover more content. My students will also be able to use some of the features to track their fluency and hear themselves as they read. As well as an opportunity to improve on their English speaking skills. They will explore a number of apps to help them succeed and develop a love for reading. Plus get exposure to technology that they may not use at home.
