My name is Candice Boehm and I have been teaching in Chicago since 2001. After teaching fifth grade for a few years, I decided I needed a change and moved to the Library. The library is old and many of the resources that are used, are out of date or falling apart. I service various grade levels between kindergarten and eight grade, but the library does not have the appropriate level of books for the younger students. With your help, the library can once again be a place the students go to find information or to get lost in a new book.
