I provide services to many students who do not have a computer at home or have the internet. Students will have access to the laptop in my office. The requested technology will allow me to broaden my depth of impact. This would give students the opportunity to complete credit recovery on an individual basis and keep them on track for graduation and reduce the risk of dropping out. I would be able to help students do career inventories, register for next year's classes, take assessments, find scholarships, and many other career and college related information. It would also allow students to continuing working on their school work when they are unable to attend classes due to emotional stresses, anxiety, and other issues that prevent them from going to class at times.
