In my classroom, I encourage collaboration and teamwork. A kidney-shaped teaching table will allow me to work directly with my students in a small group setting. It will provide another surface for guided reading and hands-on STEM experiences. Students are successful when they can work in a variety of settings. This table will provide additional space for my students to plan and work together. This table will make it easy for me to access my small groups because I will be able to easily and comfortably work with up to 6 students at a time. I will be able to work directly with students due to the unique shape of this table.
