My students are not afraid to speak their minds. They come from homes that may not be the "perfect" home but every single one of them comes with the eagerness to learn. I am impressed daily by their engagement and growth since the beginning of the year. My students walk through the doors with smiles on their faces ready to face what the day has in store for them. The community that is built at our school is strong and the students in my classroom are the best people they can be when they walk out of these doors each day.
