This project requests two Adjustable Stand Up Desks. Research has shown that learning is a multi sensory experience. Movement can promote engagement and increased blood flow to the brain. Stand up desks are a great option for students who find it difficult to sit still in a chair for the majority of their school day. They give students an alternative for increased movement without disrupting others in the classroom. When students have a choice in seating, they feel empowered to take an active part in their learning experience. By discovering how they learn best, students are equipped to overcoming learning challenges in the future. I hope to provide an environment where all students can find success.

About my class
