Greetings! I am a First Grade teacher in a Title 1 School in Sandy Ridge, NC. I am currently in my 4th year of teaching at Sandy Ridge Elementary. Our school mission is for students to become lifelong learners and future ready for the 21st century. Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds; unfortunately most of which have had little exposure and are at risk in academics. Even though we are a small community, we do have great support in our parent teacher association. We strive to do our best for the kids! With that being said, there are times where our needs just can't be met, and this is why I'm reaching out to Donor's Choose. I look forward in posting many projects this school year! Thank you Donor's Choose for allowing us teachers this opportunity to help our students!
