Many of my students are rural students who have long bus rides or commutes to school. They come in looking for something fun to start their day with and be able to learn and work with peers. The legos will be fun to way to watch their imaginations come to life to see what they will build. Being able to work in small groups will help my students with teamwork and learning how to work with peers to complete projects. Preparing centers that will last and be able to be used for multiple areas in my classroom. My students love learning and being able to have hands on projects. I enjoy teaching Ag in the Classroom projects to my students, I believe it is a great source and to express to my students how hard a farmer/ rancher works to provide food. The enjoy having accurate agriculture books read to them!
