These tees, gloves, and balls will allow my students to learn about America's favorite past time sport, while also teaching them the basic fundamentals (i.e., throwing, catching, and hitting), offensive (i.e., base running), and defensive strategies (i.e., fielding) to the game of baseball. Throwing is my learning objective this year and with your help, these students will get to throw a baseball instead of a bean bag. There are many experiments out there that prove that being active and physically fit improve level of happiness in life and test scores for school districts. I will also be using baseball to teach my students how to work as a team by cooperating with each other.

About my class
