Music has always been about personalized learning. But if students are working on different musical examples in the same space, it gets tough to concentrate! We also know that some students have sensitivity to sound. By using electric drum pads with headphones (we have the headphones!), students can control the volume of what they are hearing and practice in peace! This will be a center in an elementary music classroom! By having a quieter classroom overall, this will help all students' concentration in the room. (he room gets to 90 decibels just from 7-8 small drums playing at normal volume!)
