As my first year working with English Language Learners (ELLs) and students on the Autism spectrum (ASD), I have learned the importance of meaningful, captivating visuals. Unfortunately, these visuals take an abundance of time and effort to make. With a Cricut, I will be able to cut down on the time needed to make these visuals and allow students to also develop visuals on their own. I am sure that the visual connections to vocabulary, spelling, and comprehensive skills will benefit all of my students tremendously. This product would be an amazing asset to student learning in my classroom. Students will also develop visuals in the classroom which will lead to a first-hand exposure to vocabulary. This will create a connection that enhances the understanding of new language and focus on deeper meaning of words.
