Additionally, I focus students on practicing a Growth Mindset. I challenge students to use Curiosity, Creativity, Initiative, Multi-Disciplinary Thinking and Empathy in their learning. Student work is often done in collaborative groups where each member is responsible for demonstrating their own learning as well as sharing their learning with others. Students also have opportunities to work independently on their writing as well as working with a partner to receive feedback.
