These laptops will help the Odyssey Jr/Sr High School Robotics Team to program their robot and compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge. The reason we need multiple laptops is to develop the students' programming skills. Since our school is Title I with 100% poverty, many students do not have access to technology outside class. These laptops will allow students to work outside of class to complete homework assignments. Your donation will help our Robotics team (Odyssey One) in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math and of course Building and Programming Robots! Students that participate in FIRST Robotics practice "Gracious Professionalism." This means that while we understand winning is awesome and important, nothing truly great is ever done alone. For this reason, above all others, we graciously ask you to please donate to the future leaders of the world.
