Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform. These kits will allow my students to become active creators of the technology they love to use for fun. My students will work together to explore the power behind technology. How the computers work will no longer be such a mystery. Student creativity will skyrocket with these new tools. Students will make lights pulsate to music. Sensors to detect light and temperature, and robots that can sense their environment. This type of experimenting and collaborative work is needed to continue to develop their passion in these areas of science and promote their creativity.
