In my classroom, students are exposed to different dance forms. We do jazz, ballet, modern, improvisation, hip hop, etc. The ballet barres will help my students gain agility, flexibility stability, and knowledge of ballet posture and position. Students will be able to gained knowledge about different famous ballet people, and famous ballet shows. Students will be critical thinkers in learning how the body works while doing barre exercises. Ballet is very disciplined so this will help them to be disciplined in other areas also. This also will help them if they decide to further their education in the dance world.
