As a special education teacher, I work with a population of students who require intensive reading intervention and who are currently reading below grade level. Unfortunately, a lot of the books student's have access to are not at their instructional reading level, nor do they spark a sense of excitement within our readers who need the most support. By funding my project, you will provide my students with appropriately leveled, highly engaging texts that will be added to my classroom library and accessed by everyone. My students love to read, and they crave books that are at their "just right" level. The specific collections I have added to my project contain a multitude of perfectly leveled texts, and will be sure to excite our readers when added to the classroom library.
