Welcome to the Harriman Rhapsody in Blue Band's page!! This program is steeped in tradition, going back to the early 20th century. Many great men have led this band, and I'm humbled to have been chosen to be the next. In the high school band, there are about 35 students participating year-round, with another 30 at the middle school, also under my direction. Harriman is a great town with primarily working-class families. Many of the high school students even have jobs to help out their families. Our facilities are rather cavernous, taking up about two-thirds of the space underneath the gymnasium. Many of our school-owned instruments are in great need of repair/replacement, which will take time and teamwork to complete. Thank you for visiting, and I hope you'll donate to our cause!
