Panther Hut Cafe is operated by junior chefs in a commercial kitchen built for the purpose of learning entrepreneurship, restaurant management and culinary arts. In order to provide my students with opportunities for success, I felt the need to upgrade the kitchen with items that reflect industry standards and the ever changing trends of the industry. As a facilitator of this program my job is to provide students with necessary tools, equipment and supplies but unfortunately we are limited with funding for improvements. Tools, equipment and supplies will help students learn the basic cooking method and techniques. Each addition to the kitchen will allow students to book more community caterings in the area and expand their culinary/catering experiences.
