This drum set will open up all kinds of possibilities for the students in CLUB ROCK. My students practice very hard and enjoy interacting with one another while exploring all types of music. Currently, we are using an electric drum set that cannot be heard at larger events, thus hindering the quality of their performance. An acoustic drum set will allow them to play rallies, lunchtime shows, and other school venues. It will draw new interest to the club and enhance the sustainability of after-school programs and interest in the arts. And best of all - it will allow some very earnest kids enjoy being a part of something they are proud of. What's there not to love about that? Rock on.
