Our students come from a rural area in Northwest Georgia. They attend a Title I school where 71% of our 552 students are on free/reduced lunch. As a public school, we serve students of all academic abilities. Despite being from a socioeconomically challenged area, our students are eager, enthusiastic learners. As a teacher in this type of environment, it is one of my responsibilities to ensure our students have access to materials that will help them succeed and make them lifelong learners. Our students have the drive to learn, we just want to make sure they have the resources to reach their full potential!

About my class
