This will allow my students to listening to information and text on our classroom technology. Also it gives them the opportunity to cancel out the distractions around them while doing their work. We use really cool and helpful extensions and apps that help technology read to students that have a difficult time reading text on their own. By having headphones that cancel out the distractions and allowing them to focus on their needs in class will benefit them immensely. My students love using technology, but they benefit so much more when they can focus and hear all of the information. Not every student has the option of using technology at home or the parents having the money to buy books. Having the opportunity to share some great resources with my students will open the doors to learning more than ever in my classroom.
