Due to the fact that students at our elementary school will be having to learn virtually rather than in the classroom, teachers need to create digital lessons that align with our curriculum across all subject areas. The iPad and Apple Pencil will allow teachers in 3rd grade to create meaningful lessons that keep students engaged and excited about learning. The iPad will also allow 3rd grade teachers to be more mobile while teaching giving the students a feeling of being in the classroom. The iPad will serve as a virtual white board that can share with the students or as camera for virtual meetings. As our world becomes more reliant on technology, we need to become more technologically efficient for our students. The more efficient we become with technology the better the education we are going to be able to provide for the youth of our world.
