Whether singing with accompaniments, playing instruments with songs, or even just quietly enjoying and listening to music, we use the classroom computer and speakers daily. However, our computer speakers are too small for our needs and can't keep up with the volume level that drums, cowbells, tambourines, and our voices create. Our district has recently switched to an all-online music curriculum, and all of our music now is streamed through a computer and small computer speakers. Having larger, higher fidelity speakers will help our music class in almost all of the activities we do. Every class we listen to famous composers of the past, develop our sense of rhythm along with accompaniment tracks, and try to sing on pitch. These speakers will play a vital part into helping our students hear the music that they are playing and singing with. Regardless of it's playing along with a syncopated Afro-Cuban beat or a theme and variations by Mozart, these speakers will help all of our music come alive!
