I teach in a rural high school in a low income area. The school district is one of the poorest in the state, and getting the supplies for projects is not an easy task. I try to do a lot of hands-on activities to enhance student learning and it gets difficult to fund them myself. Students love to do projects in science, and I love to be a part of their learning experience.
